I read this somewhere and it really helps. Grip as far down on the handles of the wheeled nippers as you can. I was gripping halfway up the handles until I read this advice. It really helps with the amount of pressure you exert.

The repetitive motion is really bad for CT. Don't do alot at once - give your wrist a rest during cutting. I also wore one of those stiff wrist braces to make my wrist relax. It's hard to slow down when you're doing something you like ! I guess we all suffer for our art in one way or another!

Try the other hand? This would also forge new pathways in the brain!
