That is amazing work! Wonderful selection and placement; chip off the old block is right. And, if she enjoyed it enough to stay with it four hours, I think she's well on her way!

This just blows me away. THAT CHILD HAS NATURAL TALENT. Boyohboy! Pursue that w/a vengence. If more kids were taught things such as this, there'd be a lot less problems w/them. What a wonderful mother! I LOVE them all, but the cross is soooooo beautiful - the colors. Great choice of tesserae mix in the frame too. The heart is wonderful - is ALL that crash glass, and did she paint the frame that color? BEAUTIFUL job, and amazing that it's her first projects and did them so fast. Phew - makes my head spin. Anxious to see them grouted. W/she do the grouting?

Thank you all so much for the great comments. She was pretty excited when she checked the computer today and saw how many people commented. I was thrilled when she said...
"We should make this an every friday night thing" It was so much fun, but it's gonna cost me a fortune as fast as she works. We went to the dollar store today and spent $40 on jewelry, and she is asking for some differnt colored tiles
online tonight. I have created a monster!!ahahhaa

We grouted tonight, and still need to clean them up. There's a bunch of glue to scrape still. She did a different color grout on each one. I'll post them here
in a few days, she wants to add some stuff and paint some things.
