My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

just a few more days...

and i'm off for three and a half weeks!! yay!!! three overnight shifts this weekend and that's that for the yeaar. and i have a ton of mosaics to do before xmas which means i'll be in the basement an awful lot for the next week or two. i have two sets of coasters to do, finish one trivet, and do six candle holders (the round thing in the picture - they work really well and they're pretty fast).

then there's the grouting (blah!)

oh well... it'll keep me out of trouble (maybe)! :)

the blue and white one was made by my 10 yr old daughter - she's really starting to get into the whole mosaic thing.
