Little Gifties

Thought I'd post a pic of these for anyone that does stained glass and needs some little gifts. I used lead came for wrapping the nuggets and the little swirly things, soldered them together, used black patina, and polished them with finishing compound. They are easy to make and make a great little gift.

Squirrely, I don't know the first thing about using lead came, solder, black patina, or finishing compound...BUT, these are really pretty! Maybe someone who DOES know about all that stuff would send me one of these for Christmas! ;)

Those are fabulous! did you make the little swirllys from wire? they are so pretty.... I'm getting so excited to learn soldering - I'm counting the days!

Great ideas...really pretty! Wondering also if you curved the wires into shapes......these are great!

That's awesome ! What kind of patina did you use ? Lead is the hardest material to get patina to work on . ( The chemical reaction isn't good ) I love little doo dads like that :)
