How awful. Have you tried a razor blade? That's how I used to get paint off the glass when I painted and accidentally touch the glass. If it's textured glass, a razor blade won't do it, though. I'd use some smaller thingy to scrape it off.

Forgot to add that you could carefully use a liquid stripper that takes paint off furniture.
