And a follow-up question:

Where did you get your faucets/sinks from? I went to a great local plumbing supply store which had a great showroom and extremely knowledgeable staff. But I can find cheaper prices (obviously) online. Is that worth doing? Or risky? I like patronizing local stores, but this project is so $$$$ already! Has anyone used HomePerfect.com?

I was also considering the ladyluxe plus, and finally went with the Hansgrohe Axor model. It has similar features to the Grohe, but I liked the look better. I think Grohe is a well regarded brand. I got mine online, no problems at all.

We chose a Julien single bowl zero radius. My sink cabinet is a very small 27 inches and wanted the biggest sink I could get. I chose a deeper one, 10 inches, but if you are tall, you may get sore bending over. I am only five feet tall and it works fine for me. My husband found the coolest faucet ever and it perfectly matches the stainless sink. He chose a Moen 90 Degree with sprayer in brushed stainless. We just love it! Yes, we did find both items online highly discounted, but ordered both thru our plumber in case of any problems. If we ordered them online, we would have no recourse in case of damage, theft or other issues. For us, the extra cost was worth it for peace of mind. In the end, the plumber actually passed his discount on to us and some other items we got were well under budget to cover the additional on those two items.

The first two may be too ornate for my taste.
Ladylux models are easy to use, easy to clean, and they also appeal to many people (different profiles).

"Hansgrohe Axor" is a huge range of models from a good company.
E.g. Citterio is one, with a pulldown spray.
