Regretfully, custom pieces upholstered in COM (customer's own material) silk or mohair velvet do end up being pricey. Using a chenille or a cotton velvet can bring the price down tremendously. And if you can source your own fabric, paying a designer to source it for you becomes unnecessary. But when we are doing custom design, we do want to ensure that our clients get exactly what they want and it takes time and effort to do so.

This sofa can be done in any fabric as it is a custom piece. The vendor does have a limited number of in-house brown fabrics to choose from, but can also done in COM (customer's own material).

love love love your design. Can you tell me who the Vendor for the sofa is? also just in case you have a more budget conscous customer. Vanguard furniture does this ottoman:) Thank you.

I was quoted roughly $13,150+ plus additional $120 an hour for designer to source fabric. No thanks.
