My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Respecting terrain

Could you tell more about the type of construction used to create this home? I live in California and respecting the water shed is a slowly emerging concern.

    Hi svagent, This home is a steel frame and poured concrete home so the spans are quite long. This photo is on a rainy day, there is generally no water running in the swale. The swale predates the home and is still functioning as it did prior to the home construction. The landscape is a rstoration process.
