    The ceiling is a metallic finished embossed paper trimmed with glazed wood molding. The ceiling cove area is painted with a glaze top coat and hand stencil in gold leaf.

    Thank you for the explanation. The room is amazing. Would love to mirror our theater to this design even though it's going to be about half the size! It's a great old world look that matches our home.
