You might give your local shop another try. I know we are generally thought of (I have a home decor shop) as being expensive, but if you don't want a print fabric, we have a program through one of our vendors that has a great price on their solids (from one or two of their books), and you will get your length exactly as you want, and the lining is worthwhile (not like Pottery Barn's, as I've taken out their thin lining and replaced back when I worked only from home).
You could at least ask them if they have any such thing.

Did you not like the color & fabric selection at JCP or did you just not find the length?

I ask because JCP can make any length you want but you have to talk to one of their knowledgeable sales people and have it custom made.
They made a 110" length for me a few years ago and with the sale and additional discounts I got it for less then half regular price.

If you want a lining other than white, you are probably looking at custom work. For local custom work, have you checked craigslist? Click on the "services" box and type in the word "sewing."

I need to reconsider JC Penny custom I guess. No country curtain--I have others from cc that are nice though. I guess the length is the issue from most retailers. The local shop in my community is IMO ridiculous.

Sallymo-There is another community with a shop doing custom some distance away but I am checking with them & I will ask about your suugestion.
