There are many countertop materials with both black and brown elements. How long do you expect to have the back ones? If you think you will change them out in a year or so, then decorate with the new appliances in mind. If you are keeping them as long as they still function, then you need to keep an eye to make them fit in.
I don't know that I would want black counters with black appliances and yellow walls. That can get bee-like if you are not careful, lol.... Although, with a pale yellow, it could be striking, esp if you ever go to stainless in the future (and I am not even a huge fan of stainless, yet I bet it would work together).

I am not so sure that brown would be a great fit with yellow and white anyway. Yellow and white speak perky to me and brown is more earthy. If you swap your appliances out for new ones, you'd probably end up with white or stainless, with yellow walls and white cabs. Neither combo seems to call out for brown unless it were a brown wood, in which case, the brown is a different sort of brown.
Hope that makes sense as it is how I view it in my head and it may not translate to words as well as I'd like...

My bigest problem is I like softer looking stuff and my husband like more bold eye popping stuff. I wouldve never bought black appliances in the first place. But since we just moved in here/moneys going to be tight/ they were free I have been feeling stuck trying to figure out a scheme I would like around black appliances. Everything Ive looked at online had been either blue purple red or white with the black...none of which real apeal to me. Do you have any other suggestions?
