Hello! The wall tile is "Diamond & Dot" by Barbara Barry, try Ann Sacks.

It looks like Palmer Industries model LS3C with shelf support SS3. Hope that helps.

Not sure where this tile comes from but check out fireclay tile, they do a diamond pattern

Ann Sacks Barbara Barry Original Trims. This is one of my favorite tiles of all time. This is the best application I've seen of it.
