Revised layout - did we improve?

We've made changes to our layout in hopes of improving function. We took our 1' deep long wall and made it a 10' wall of pantry/cabinets, no counter. We widened the island a tiny bit and moved the trough sink there. We know it's tight, but we added stools for seating at the island (12" deep cabinets and a 15" deep overhang). That gives us 38" aisle on the pantry side and 42" on the work side.

We previously planned on glass cabinets in a hutch style around the trough sink and moved that to the other side, which allowed us to put the wine fridge there, too. We won't do the hutch anymore, just uppers with glass fronts.

I feel we have lost storage space, but the narrow cabinets will work well as a pantry, no stuff will get buried behind. However, I now have lost most of our deep drawers, as 1' is not enough for drawers. I will use as many drawers as I can on the other side. Pot drawers are planned to the left of the range and additional drawers to the right.

Improvement? Additional suggestions? Our current space is sooo small and tight that we see this new kitchen as a major improvement, which makes it harder to see our errors.
