There is no way to help you without a layout or at the very least pics of the kitchen from a variety of angles. Ideally, you would post a layout (hand drawn on graph paper is fine) with dimensions and window/door placements. It also helps to see how the kitchen orients to the rest of the house.

What a darling, awful place to work, from what we can see of it. So sad that it's way past time for it to come out. You'll be its last victim. 20-22" deep counters?

Be scrupulous with the measurements and positions of the walls and windows, M-V. Some knowledgeable people here occasionally get very detailed if they have the material to work with.

BTW, note that wall-mounted faucet? It could well end up being moved, but if you could wall-mount it again and keep it off your counter that would be really nice. I did low windows in a new build or that would have been a must.

Why do you want a corner sink? Do you mean have one in the same place?

Look! There's a milk delivery door where the little girl is. We had one of those in my childhood home that wasn't even used then in 1955. We used it for the same thing this child is - playing.

From the looks of things, this will be an exercise is making the most of a small space. Do get a layout posted. I think you're going to need the combined expertise of GW, but the result should be something to get excited about.
