Backsplash Trouble

Why is this so hard! I am using new venetian gold granite and natural beach cabinets. I found the perfect accent strip for the backsplash. It is a mosaic mixture of light tumbled marble with gold and moss green glass. I am going to use 3 rows of it around the room. Now here is the hard part. I settled on off-white subway tile as the field. But the tile I picked (Crossville Savoy,Gloss Linen), doesn't have a bullnose on the 3" side. I could go with Sonoma tile, Star series in a biscuit color. It has great trim pieces but is one shade lighter in color. If I use the Crossville tile, I will have to put painted wood trim around my window. None of the windows in my house (it is a 50's modern)have trim. I have looked forever for tile, so I am hoping I can use of one these. So... should I trim the window or go with a light subway. As an aside, my other kitchen choices don't have much contrast. So the lighter tile could give it the pop it needs or could be too contrasty. Help!
