Funny...we just ordered bathroom items from them today. They're prices were the cheapest and they were by far the most knowledgeable when it came to which shower/tub faucet set up we should get. They said they will ship on Wednesday.

I ordered a sink for my laundry room from Faucet Depot paying for standard delivery and got it the NEXT DAY. They are in southern California and so am I, but still. They are great.

When working on a DIY project or a complete remodel time can be your biggest enemy. Let one order get messed up by some supplier that you used because they had the best price can cost hundreds of Dollars while you try to get the problem solved.
I mention from time to time my friends internet supply house, National Builder Supply, near Atlanta. This company began as an offshoot of a family owned brick and mortar store that began in 1972 and offers a price guarantee and free freight on orders in excess of $500 or flat rate of $6.95. I know the owner personally and have been helped in many ways with answers to provide here on this site as well as many of my own questions and needs. Although they offer the lowest price by guarantee I feel the most important thing to find in an internet business is the service provided and the willingness to guarantee anything and to handle problems quickly and I believe NBS does this best.

Thanks everyone. I am using Kohler products and their prices are the best. I wonder why more people haven't used them? They ship quickly (according to them) and looks like everything I need is in stock so I plan to take the plunge. This is a new build and I am well ahead of schedule to order...will order by the end of the week. National Builder Supply does not carry any Kohler.

I used them about a year ago for all the Kohler fixtures in the ensuite that I'm currently finishing. I'm in Canada and with the exchange rate being what it was, the prices were awesome. They were easy to work with and shipped quickly and painlessly to Canada (which usually seems to cause problems for some reason). Boxes were packed well. I recommend them if they have the best price.

DO NOT oder from faucet4cheap.com, very cheap company. I ordered Grohe faucet from them mid of Jan. and never received it nor the refund: they said the Fedex lost the package but has to wait until Fedex give the credit to them before they can ship me the replacement or give me the refund. Meaning whatever the deal they have with Fedex will impact me, who has no control over their shipping deals. Rediculus service and attitude. Poor support service too since I am the one keep calling them for following up the shipment and they never call me to update anything.
