We moved into our new house last month with a few things left to be taken care of--one of which I thought was enhancing and sealing the tile back splash. Builder just informed me that was a "homeowner project". Great.

I'm assuming these are like any other products--there's many to choose from. So, anyone care to recommend their choices? Any hints about doing it? Personally, I don't know why this isn't considered to be part of "tile installation" in a new build.
