My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The table is called the Victor, It is made in Anthracite Matte and Stainless Steel legs. It also is available for a lg upharge in Ebony high gloss, lacquered finishes and multi-color finishes. Two sizes:
    70.75 x 35.5 x 30H the only list I have is Italian fob Italy no freight. Your net on it is $4,904.00 and that includes freight from Italy to NC. But no tax.
    94.75 x 39.5 x 30H nets at $5,070 landed as well.
