I will move the cooktop/range where you have the PPB30, move the sink where you have the cooktop/range now, and remove the pantry and go with kitchen cabinetry.
I will leave the island empty.

Two thumbs up to Giacomo's advice. But you could still do a closet or a corner pantry like I drew you before, if the cabinet pantry isn't your cup of tea. It'd take about the same space....and the rectangular corner pantry would utilize the corner, which is sometimes inefficient anyway. Depends on if you could use the corner counter space for a small appliance or two.

Where do you planning on prepping for meals? It's usually done between the range and sink but I don;t see enough counter beside either one of those areas to give you adequate prep space. Your biggest prep area is 24" and that's on top of the DW. I would look to fix that.

In full disclosure - I'm probably close to being the queen of counter-hog prep space with 5 1/2' just for prepping.

Is the pantry on the lower right? Looks like a space hog to me. Why not use the space behind the sink and DW and give yourself some space to work?

I agree about the prep space on either side of the sink being too small. You need at least one large prep area. You are going to be working by the sink and cooktop so you want lots of prep around those two key areas. I personally like a pantry for extra large pot and bulky boxes. With children I like to buy in bulk so a space them is key. Is it possible to make the inside of the pantry larger on the inside? Right now it almost looks like a cabinet hogging the corner so I don't think it is super functional and eating of lot of space. I would move the fridge to W30 to free up some counter space by the range but that also depends on where your eating area is.
