Environmentally Friendly Cabinets

Voila!

It's now possible to put green cabinets in your home for a reasonable price!

I've been designing kitchens for years and have finally found a cabinet company that offers green cabinetry loaded with bells-and-whistles for about the same price (if not cheaper) than Kraftmaid cabinets, or the like.

Evergreen Cabinetry of Flagstaff, AZ has a premium product available with many types of wood, a great selection of colors and many inter-changable door styles and drawer fronts. My customers are very happy with the choices, and that makes me happy as a designer.

Some of the best things about the product are that "Blu-Motion" soft-close full-extension drawer glides, dove-tail drawer box corners, solid drawer boxes and full-overlay doors are STANDARD! --for the same price!

They also make custom cabinets for those special situations, so no one is exempt from benefiting from green cabinets.

They have their specifications book online for download in PDF format, so anyone can view all their cabinets and accessories which really helps me out.

Because I deal with clients across the U.S., I sometimes need to have cabinets delivered to a different state, and yes, they do that too.

They build their cabinets using state-of-the-art equipment and use the following to build their cabinets: 1) Materials made with no urea added formaldehyde. 2) Water-based finishes that offer low v.o.c (volatile organic compounds/chemicals). 3) Adhesives that offer low v.o.c. 4) Other materials that are recyclable and can be incinerated. (check their spec book for more info)

After being approached by so many clients that wanted to "go green," I decided to school myself in "being green." Now that I'm a psuedo-expert in the field, I can comfortably recommend Evergreen Cabinetry because of my personal experience with them.

If you choose to go green, I suggest you check them out. Their website is www.evergreencabs.com and their toll-free number is 866-986-5432, or you can email them at info@evergreencabs.com.

Until I find another cabinet company that offers green cabinets for less, I'm using them.
