Hi,
We hunted all over for a hood to match our LaCanche, and finally ended up using a local metal craft shop and had a custom hood built. (It's not as expensive as you'd think) Check out this link for ideas, and see if you can't get someone to make it for you. In our case, the custom built hood ended up costing less.

I was looking for the same thing and called the US distributor for CornuFe -- they are introducing a matching CornuFe hood this summer...under $2000. The woman was so nice, she even offered to send me a photo!

I matched my ivory Lacanche with a hood from Modern Aire. They are able to match to RAL colors (Ivory is RAL 9001 or something like that) without much of an upcharge. I think Vent a Hood can also match to RAL colors.
Here's a hood from the Modern Aire website similar to the one I went with.
