Help with identifying kitchen cabinet hinge

I need to replace a couple of these hinges (see picture on link below), and am having a lot of trouble finding something even close. From the research I've done, the correct description seems to be a "full wrap, self closing, 1/4" hinge", and as you can see there is a logo on this hinge, but I have no idea who the manufacturer is. It appears to be RJ, or something like that.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Try Van Dykes Restorers or Rejuvenation.
You might get lucky with a local furniture restorer who can either sell you some or point you in the right direction.

I think the logo is "N" as in National, a large producer of builders hardware.

You might also check Historic Houseparts---they sometimes have new old stock. I found a perfect match for our old partial offset hinges on eBay after searching for months, too---two dozen new old stock...and then we decided to demo our whole kitchen, d'oh! But they're out there. I don't know what this one is, though. Maybe check the patent record, in case it has the manufacturer's name?

I spent some time searching, and I don't think that hinge is available in that _exact_ style. Similar in function, but none found with that hole pattern. Patent dated to 1969.

You are correct, that is a Full Wrap self closing hinge. Can't really tell from the picture what the overlay is it could be 1/4" or 1/2". Measure the width of your door and the width of the opening, if the door is 1/2" wider than the opening then it is 1/4" overlay if the door is 1" wider than the opening it is a 1/2" overlay.

Amerock still makes those hinges, they are not identical to yours but they are very similar. If the holes do not line up exactly you can drill new ones, filling the old with epoxy putty (available at most hardware stores) if you need to. I think both True Value and Ace Hardware carry Amerock, if they don't stock the hinge you need they should be able to order it for you. The Full Wrap hinges are on pages 160 and 161 in the current Amerock Catalog.

Thanks to everyone for their help on this. I did a lot of digging and finally found the best site to get the closest I could find at a reasonable price (only $2.15 each!). FYI, here is the link to the site I've ordered my replacement hinges from:
