For this home we were hired as the Architect only. This home is approx. 5,260 sq. ft. of living space on the first and second floor with an additional 1,000 sq. ft. of walk-up attic space. The footprint of this home is 41'-0"W. x 109'-6"D.

Can you tell me the the name is of the exterior color?

The exterior finish is a solid color stain. Cabot - Pewter Grey

How can I get the plans for this house? I love it!

How many beds/baths does the original have?

How can I get a floor plan? Would like to modify to 40' x 60' or 65" in size.

we are building similar and the way its framed our builder says that when you walk in the door there will be a two foot ceiling before it raises to a two story foyer. but to avoid this we would have to have the front flush and we don't want that.

The wall with the decorative window on the second floor is actually projected 2'-0" out over the porch. The porch roof hides the offset and when you walk in the front door, it is a full two story height with a plant ledge above the door for the window.

We are purchasing nearly the identical home, built in 2008 in Lakeview, just smaller. Love these colors - can you please tell me what they are? The current colors are a green and yellow, but we love this look. Thanks (and gorgeous homes)!

We have been searching for just the right home to build for 2 years, and I just found it!!! So charming. Has anyone been able to view any type of floor plan?

How many bedrooms and bath? Is master downstairs? Is there a third floor? Formal living, dinning and is there a den or bonus room?

I also would LOVE to see the floor plan and possibly buy it to build our own!
