I have a 2 car garage apt that is EXACTLY like this building! In light of hurricane sandy's arrival doing a number on the roof that now needs replacing, I have decided to make it count and add a shed dormer to the front to expand on the space and I would also like to open up the ceiling to follow the roof line and create a more open space/studio apt feel as you have done here. How many square feet is the space? How many feet wide and deep is the building itself? Thanks so much for your help!
