Looks very much like my Cleistocactus samaipatanus. I don't have a pic of mine but the pic in the link shows the flower.

My guess would be Cleistocactus baumannii.

I agree, It looks like the Cleistocactus samaipatanus, that I also currently have. Its easier to tell if its in flower, in this case my most humble two cents worth would say Cleistocactus samaipatanus.

It definitely looks like C. baumannii, I've had several through the years, have small ones now and seedlings looking good. C. samaipatanus is usually more yellow.
