This is one of my favorite Bathtastic baths. Alas, I lack the space to accomplish this!

Glad you like it - I would suggest taking some of the elements from the bath and putting it into yours. Color of the vanity, white vessel sink, floor tile that is similar color, frameless mirror, wallpaper instead of the mosaic tile, white trim and repeat the color on the wall. Let me know if you attack your bath!

I'm def. thinking of this kind of floor tile. Our master bath, built in the 80s, has the dreaded CARPET. I can't WAIT to rip it up. What were people thinking?? I'm thinking of mostly just going w/ the *feel* of this room - calm upscale modern cottage.

I do have to tell you that the floor tile is expensive! It is a stone that is hard to find. If you want to know exactly what it is I can do some research for you and look back into my records. If I remember right it is thick and spendy....

Yeah, I've been looking into it :) Our plan is to do this somewhere in the next 18 months. We're still debating just running the hardwood we'll be doing in the rest of this floor through the bathroom. We have no kids, and we're not hard on the floors, so it would work for us. AND, I have to figure out the new bathroom configuration!
