My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I'm guessing this couch was custom made... But do tell the fabric and any other juicy details. Love it.

    HI
    Thanks for asking...yes, it was custom-made, but very simply. A wooden frame,lightly padded with fabric, then deep, comfy cushions made of two fabrics: the base and back pillows with a grey velvet (that moved with the sun light), and a durable, but refined grey matching tweed for the seat cushion. The idea was to break up the long line of the sofa.
