My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I am doing a similar setup as this, but with cooktop in an island, may I ask the brand of the cooktop as I really like the knobs on the front away from spills, etc.

    This particular one was (I believe) a Viking. Technically, when it has knobs in front, it's called a rangetop. If it has knobs/controls on the top surface, it's called a cooktop. There are many brands that make rangetops; Wolf, Thermadore, Dacor, Jen-Air, and GE to name a few. Lots of different price points and features. Best to purchase from a good appliance dealer. Good luck with your renovation.
