My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      I love those stools also. I would need 3 or possibly 4 of them. I'd like to sit in them before purchasing. I'm am tiny while husband is big/tall so it's important to know that they are comfortable for both of us. Can you recommend anywhere near Phila PA area that has that stool or a similar stool? Any info you can send would be helpful Thx
