Congratulations on this beautiful home!! You did an excellent job! Could you please tell me who supplied the outdoor lights? They are stunning.

You should absolutely leverage your landscape lights if you have them. Its way easier and cheaper than to use the standard 120V transformer. Your landscape transformer outputs 12V AC. You need 12V DC for the LED. I recommend you get one of these to get the conversion done. It is a very small device so makes it easier to hide. You can get it from Amazon. "72W Outdoor Waterproof Low Voltage Landscape LED Power Supply Converter/Rectifier, Input 12V AC to Output 12V DC"

Sorry it doesn't directly applies. I suspect the strip along the edge of the pool is some LED strip light or some type of rope light. And for that, I recommend the power supply I listed. I know I was deterred to put a similar lighting effect on the other edge of my pool due to wiring. But with that device, I got the lights hidden under my bullnose edge, all 40' of it, in ~40min. My apologies hijacking your question. i admit I didn't directly answer it.
