My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

did you use trim on the exterior windows? if so, what material and color? thank you.

    We use minimal trim typically - this example has stucco returns at the head and jambs with a standard wood stool at the bottom, painted dark gray. Or there is brake metal as in the attached photo, where windows meet at outside corners.
