My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What species wood was used? Also I love the stone exterior - what is this and who manufactures it? Lastly is that stucco on the 2nd floor? If so what colour? Thanks

    For the exterior we used Red Western Clear Cedar. The top is stucco but I'm not quite sure what the color was. The stone that we carried throughout the house was a Tiger Strip Ermosa stone from Whiarton, Ontario.

      You can also try Commonwealth Brick for ErthCOVERINGS Fossil Splitface, It is a similar look but a bit lighter in colour than Wiarton Ermosa.
