My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Just finished a house remodel and the fireplace mantle is probably my favorite change!

      Very nice! Are you liking your TV above the fireplace? I want to do the same but I've heard so many disparaging remarks about it on this site and other places...I just can't decide.

      Hi Delaware toys - I don't mind the height as I had the tv up there before the renovation too. It may be an adjustment at first, but easy to get used to.

      I love my tv over the fireplace! Maybe some people are sitting too close or mounted it too high. It is the best thing ever.
