Add some bookshelves to flank the fireplace, mount TV above and put plant ledge across the top. Couple pics on jobs we completed for ideas. Good luck

Lucky you, with the volume ceilings! You have a nice color story going, but the look is a bit piece-y and rather light and delicate for the brick fireplace The artwork is a bit small, and the items on the mantel look crowded. If you move the artwork off to the sides and found one big piece for above the fireplace, the edited the mantel to the large lantern and bulkier candlesticks, you might be happier with the result.

It needs some editing. Remove the smaller items and consolidate the candles on one side. I think the picture frames could be darker wood to help them stand out against your light walls and help tie in your darker wood furniture. A plant on the floor where the white basket is now would help balance the TV.

I think the mantel design is too intricate for the brick under it. My suggestion would be remove the mantle and replace it with a reclaimed wood one much more in line with the brick. A large mirror over the mantle and candles on the side would be just right. I do not like to put a TV over the mantle unless you have enough distance to not get a crick in your neck from looking up. I would also change the color of your walls to a warmer light burnt orange that would blend in well with the brick and the wood of the rest of the furniture.
