Well, on just those pics I can't tell exactly what they are, maybe if they flower the flower might be a clue but by the look of them they are pretty hardy and well established. To go about moving them I'd leave it until winter now but in the meantime I'd take a sharp spade and spade down the full length of the (spade) blade all around each plant now and again 2 or 3 more times before moving time. This will sever the roots and the plants will be able to recover from the shock of that before being dug out. Also cut back the foliage by about 2/3d's. Then to move, work the spade as far as you can underneath each plant and take them out with as little disturbance to the root ball as possible. The big one still might be a bit difficult but worth a try. If they were originally pot specimens from a nursery, and more than likely propagated from cuttings, they shouldn't be too difficult but if they were seed grown they'll probably have a tap root, and in that case all I can say is best of luck luck.
