Pale Hibiscus

I have planted a hibiscus in my front garden. I know it is a good spot for it because there is already one growing on that side (not too near though). It is coping well with being planted out but the leaves are quite a pale green. Is there anything I can do to help it get over this? Is it just tranplant shock (if there is such a thing!)? Oh, by the way, the hibiscus that is thriving nearby is a funny thing....it has pink and cream flowers on the same shrub. They don't fade from one colour to another, they're not pink on one side/cream on another...no, there are pink and cream flowers on the same branch at the same time. Is this as unusual as it seems? Any help would be gratefully received. I have found the simple pleasure of pottering around in my new garden to be so relaxing and I am trying to convert from an ignoramous into a gardener!
