Help with my conifer please!!!

Hi, like everyone else if we aren't vigilant with our buckets of water prized established plants will die in this drought. Unfortunatly thats what has happened to my beautiful conifer (I think). It's a "Shirls Supreme" a Thuga Orientalis.

I noticed last week that a few branchs, some at the tip but mainly the interior were going brown about half way up, and the branches seemed to be darker (like you see with sooty mould). I gave it buckets of water as well as seasol but yesterday saw that this browning has spread (mainly the interior) up to the top. Have I done too little too late? Could it be dying or is there something I can still do to save it. It is the front largest tree in a row of 5 along our driveway, instead of a fence this is a lovely hedge, for privacy. We planted them about 6-7 years ago and are now around 9 foot tall. I used to jet hose the dead growth annually ( the brown old growth) as told to do by someone at the conifer nursery we bought them from. They always looked better and thrived after doing this. With the water restriction however I haven't done this for some time. Is their some sort of "tree doctor" I can contact to have a look at it and hopefully tell me if it's possible to save it? Can anyone recommend anyone? I'm pretty desperate to save my lovely conifer. Also if it dies the conifer behind it will have a large bare trunk at the front, as the conifers are close to each other. Thanking you in advance for any help!
