My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is "Terra Rosa" MSL018. It was a Sherwin Williams Martha Stewart Living color, but SW parted ways with Martha in 2007. You can find Martha Stewart Living paints at Home Depot now, but I don't know if they still offer that particular color. HD's website is not very helpful.

    I hear SW can still mix it if you give them the number, but I don't know that for sure.
