My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Clover in place of grass

Can anyone tell me if these pix are of clover?
It suddenly appeared in my yard after a rain.

I wanted to replace the grass with clover anyway.
Will it completely overtake it by itself, or can I do
something to expedite the process?
