Spots on my apple tree leaves

Hi,
Spots have been appearing on my new apple trees. Unsure if this is from the hot sun or if they are infected. I have attached a picture. The spots aren't powdery...any idea on what it is and how I can treat the young tree? Thank you, Natalie
