I think light is more important than humidity for starting seeds. But it may depend on the seeds you are germinating. How are your seeds getting light?

35-65 % humidity is quite a range. I'd think anything above 45 would be really good. You're not doing cuttings.

Yes I'm thinking your right on the light. May have to go back and change the lighting. Right now we are just letting them germinate and as soon as they get leaves taking them out . Putting them under t-8s on shelves in the GH.
