Can anyone help me figure out this disease? What should I use to defeat or to get rid of this disease? It's sticky like glue. It covers all the leaves and flower buds; which later, causes the leaves and the buds wilted and fall off the tree. I have been fighting with this disease for several years. It's so discouraging when the leaves fail to open and the flowers fail to blooms.
