color looks right, flower form could be off this late in the year and on young, new plant. Can we see a foliage close up? Any 'Peace' or sport of 'Peace' has distinctive foliage.

That does not look like my Chicago Peace, not the bloom nor the leaves. Granted my leaves aren't very healthy, but I don't ever recall them looking like that. I'll try and find a bloom picture of mine too.

Here's a pretty one -- in my climate, it's in bud form like this in the morning, and full bloomed out by late afternoon :(

Good ole' Wally world :( I knew it didn't look much like the one's I've seen before but couldn't pass it up for 3$. I was hoping it was just faded out a little, being so late in the season and all. I love the color anyway, been wanting this color for awhile now. Thanks msdorkgirl (love that name by the way).

Here's that same bloom of my Chicago Peace in the same afternoon (I don't think it's as pretty in full bloom as it was just sort of opening).

this one and 'coreta scott king' (?spelling) were the only two left, I should've gotten both, when I went back the other was gone. Yours is very pretty, I love the softer colors. I've seen pics of Chicago Peace before and it's one of my favorites. I have 4 different red roses. Knockouts flower carpet and climbing blaze and a few pinks. I'm wanting to find some yellow, peach and orangey One's now. Going to trade some cuttings this spring and was hoping to have a pretty named one to share. I do love the color an this one tho and glad I bought it. :)
