Your passion shines through and your ideas about moss being an artwork, as well, is really refreshing.

I like how you go out into such a hostile environment, like the rubbish strewn street, and lurk about harvesting your moss. Then you clean it, and even then something might pop up when it is growing, like some fungi. That is really an exciting idea !

Have you looked at Patric Blanc ? His idea of vertical gardens stemmed from his observances of the landscapes around him and how plants just grew in odd spots, like on building and rocks etc.

I'm into growing moss. Sphagnum- there's a forum here for moss and ferns. Mines sort of in a terrarium but not really- it's a plastic tub.
