watching this post...I kind of wondered the same thing myself.

Personally I like both although there are other cherry varieties I prefer. The SM plant is quite huge if space is a consideration for you and the fruit tend to be bigger too IME. The 100 is sweeter to me but taste is very subjective.

I also think sweet100 is sweeter. If you like sweet, I would go with that one, if not the other or actually, a different variety. I assume you like sweet if you are considering these two.

I know that sweet 100 is sweet, but this year Im also trying SM. I can see why they call it million, unbelievable amount of blooms. I dont have one red ripe enough to try as yet, but I suspect sweet 100 will have better taste, but I will leave that verdict open and reply back in a few days.

Before I began my question for the tastiest cherry tomato, I always preferred Sweet Million which is less likely to crack than Sweet 100. I heard that they come true from saved seed, and I would agree with that because I always grew the volunteers that grew from them :).

Linda, what is the tastiest cherry tomato you have found on your quest?

Sungold of course, although the flavor goes a bit funky in late summer. Another that is really tasty is Blush, an elongated cherry. Rosella Cherry would be my third choice.
