A gardener in our park club planted morning glories not knowing that they would sprout weeds everywhere, and revert back to something close to pernicious. Does anyone have advice? The roots are brittle and break. Any piece can grow a plant. They are choking everything around them. Avenge didnt have much impact on them. It has to be used in the hottest day of the year. I am in Northern NJ, so we have to wait till August. I tried pulling, and this made it much worse. We have it in planter beds, and in a Rugosa Rose border. Yeah, Rugosa.
