Yeah, but don't be surprised if things "change" when you do! Moldy bread is fine for your bin. More than fine, it's 'good'.

Too much moldy bread all at once may not be good, at least not in the short term. Bread can heat up, and too much mold will suck the moisture out of bedding. After the mold has run its course, what is left behind is great worm food.

Be careful with crackers if they are salty. I suggest to mix them with other worm food to "dilute" the salt content.
