....but have some questions.

1. Must water be used on a cutout before placing?

2. Does decoupage fade as one poster said?

3. Does Modge Podge usually remain sticky? Is there a solution
to this problem?

4. Would like to begin with a wooden panel on which to place
cutouts of personal interest i.e. photography, gardening,
music, Christmas, nature, etc.

Would prefer cutouts that are not overlapping each other,
but don't know how to place them. In groups? Or spread
throughout and mixed?

Any help, ideas or suggestions are welcome. Thank you.
