I have a small shed, like 10' x 12'. It is about 30' to the house. I'm thinking of setting some solar panels, to support some lights and maybe something like nursery heat mat etc.

With the small size and the distance to the house, I'm not sure if it is cost effective to connect the shed solar to the house. Or just install some batteries and a control panel.

What is a ball park cost for the whole thing? If you want to set this up for your home. $400? $150 for panels, $150 batteries and $100 for the rest?
