The master bedroom looks small compared to the master bath and laundry area. If the wall of the master bedroom came toward the bathroom a bit, which would tighten up that space width-wise, and you moved the vanity wall a bit into the bathroom, possibly reducing the size of the linen closet, you could get both the bedroom and laundry room larger. The nice thing about the location of the vanity is that no one has to shove past someone to get to the shower or toilet., The toilet compartment and shower could both be squared off, but the current arrangement looks more interesting. Enlarge the master for sure.

Now that you say it, the bedroom does look small compared to the bath. After looking at it so long I had got fixated on the bath orientation and did not notice this. What about something like this with bringing the laundry room towards the vanity? I would do an angled door on the shower and keep about 6.5' between the vanity and the edge of the tub.

I think you will be happier with the larger bedroom and smaller bath You still have plenty of room in there.
